What's included in a gateway?
Each gateway connects your machines to TAP over protocols like Modbus TCP/RTU and OPC-UA, normalises their data, and streams it to the platform. Gateways are priced per device, from ₹3,000/month each, and you add them as you connect more equipment.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding depends on how many assets and sites you're connecting, so we scope it with you rather than quoting a flat fee upfront. Most deployments go live in days, and we walk through the specifics before you commit.
Can I start on Core and upgrade later?
Yes. Core, Analytics, and Copilot share the same platform, so moving up is a change of plan — not a migration. Your assets, dashboards, and history carry straight across.
Do you offer annual pricing?
The prices shown are monthly. We're happy to discuss annual arrangements for teams that prefer them — reach out and we'll tailor something to your commitment.
What about on-premise?
TAP runs on-premise, in your own cloud, or as a hybrid of both — including an on-premise AI option on the Copilot tier for teams that keep data inside their four walls.
Is support included?
